2026 Goals

Goals for 2026

This year I am trying to grow in holiness, improve my health (like everyone right now!), and be more intentional with my family time. My word for this year is peace. It’s the one thing that I’ve realized I have been lacking the most over the past year that has contributed to a lot of despair and anxiety. So my goals for this year are all tied to cultivating peace in my life, through my spirit, body, mind, and relationships.

The Newbie’s Guide to Eucharistic Adoration – Sheboygan Catholic

For my body:

Walk at least 500 miles this year

Do two strength workouts each week

Eat 5 fruits and vegetables daily

Drink 80 oz of water daily

For my spirit:

Recite all 4 mysteries of the rosary each day

Attend at least 5 masses each week

Make a holy hour at least 5 times each week

Read the entire bible this year

For my mind:

Read 100 books this year

Journal about things I learn in my daily readings

Work on more embroidery projects

For my relationships:

Take at least 1 hike each month with my family

Weekly date nights
